CPR FOR CAREGIVERS
- Take care of a loved one without mentally breaking down
- Build and train your trusted support system
- Regain your sense of normalcy
- Release your guilt and find self-compassion and joy
- Find satisfaction in your sacrifice
For the past 7 years, my family and I have had the challenging privilege of caring for my mother who has Advanced Dementia.
I must confess we were not prepared and had no idea how much it would alter our lives. Today after a few bumps in the road and some valuable life lessons, we have found a sweet spot and I would love to share what I have discovered with you. Because caregiving can be a lonely journey, I would love to extend a personal invitation to you.
